Bunge has announced that the company is selling its Danville facility.
The news release said Bunge has entered into definitive agreements, pending approval, to sell numerous dry corn and corn milling facilities to Grain Craft.
It is unknown at this point how the sale will affect the Danville facility. The plant has been sold before, and for many years it was Lauhoff Grain.
Grain Craft’s corporate office is in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
